The stainless steel mesh is made from t316 marine grade stainless steel and has an unsurpassed wire hardness of 780 to 900 mpa. Custom designed machines weave the wire to a wire count of 11x11 strands per square inch. Which simply means the mesh is extremely strong but will still keep out all, but the smallest of flying insects.
Where most modern stainless steel security systems use either "Pressure Fixing" or "Polymer Adhesive" as the method of securing the mesh into the frame, only Secureview's 310 series employs a combination of both. This results in the strongest security system available that has no danger of the galvanic corrosion experienced by screw clamp systems.
